Refund/Cancellation/Termination Policy
In the event of the cancellation of the Event, for reasons including a Force Majeure Event, more than thirty (30) days prior to the Event, 50% of the additional payments made will be refunded. The deposit is nonrefundable. In the event of the cancellation of the Event less than thirty (30) days prior to the Event, no refunds shall be issued. Should the Client elect, for whatever reason, to cancel contract, Client hereby agrees to provide a written notice of intent to cancel the contract. If applicable, refund will be issued within thirty (30) days upon receipt of written notice of termination or cancellation.
